On December 30, 2005, the Court of
Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania awarded our client, Suzanne
Bombar, damages just over $12,000,000. Ms. Bombar, who lost her leg in a
forklift accident, won the amount against West American Insurance Company, an Ohio Casualty
subsidiary, which was found in bad faith in insurance
practices. Judge Carmen D. Minora handed down the award. Attorney Robert W.
Munley handled the case for Ms. Bombar.
