YORK COUNTY, PA – A violent two-vehicle crash that injured at least two people and trapped one driver in their vehicle was caught on camera Saturday evening on Carlisle Road in Dover Township, requiring emergency personnel to perform a rescue operation to free the trapped victim.
Emergency dispatch reported the serious collision occurred around 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Carlisle Road in Dover Township. The impact was severe enough that one of the drivers became trapped in their vehicle and had to be freed by emergency personnel using specialized rescue equipment.

CHESTER, PA — Delco Police Chase Ends in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-95
Delaware County, PA – Two 18-year-old men were arrested after a high-speed police chase that started in Wilmington, Delaware, ended in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Chester, Pennsylvania, on Thursday afternoon, police said.
The dramatic pursuit began when Wilmington police spotted a vehicle that had been involved in multiple police chases in the area this week. Officers attempted to stop the car, but the suspects rammed into two police vehicles, causing minor damage, before fleeing onto I-95 and leading law enforcement on a dangerous high-speed chase across state lines.
Delaware State Police assisted Wilmington officers in the pursuit, which eventually led them to I-95 in Delaware County. The chase came to an end when the driver struck a median on the highway near the Commodore Barry Bridge, also colliding with another civilian vehicle during the crash.

BERKS COUNTY — Crash on Route 61 Downs Utility Poles, Closes Highway for 15 Hours
BERKS COUNTY, PA – A serious crash on Route 61 in the Leesport area early Saturday morning brought down utility poles and wires, forcing authorities to close the highway in both directions for nearly 15 hours as crews worked to clear the scene and restore power infrastructure.
The accident was reported at about 1:45 a.m. in the 200 block of North Centre Avenue, near the Leesport Farmers Market. The crash was severe enough to bring down utility poles and wires, requiring an extended road closure to repair the situation and restore power to the area.

WESTMORELAND COUNTY — Three-Vehicle Crash on Route 66 Sends One to Hospital by Helicopter
Westmoreland County, PA – One person was flown to the hospital on Tuesday morning following a three-vehicle crash along Route 66 in Washington Township that shut down a portion of the roadway for hours.
Washington Township police confirmed the crash occurred in the southbound lane along Route 66 near Meyer’s Schreck RV around 10:30 a.m. The crash appeared to have involved three vehicles, including an SUV, a truck, and a dump truck. One person was flown to the hospital as a result of the crash, though the extent of their injuries has not been made public and it is unclear if anyone else was injured.

Juniata County Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash on Route 35 Kills One, Injures Three Others
Juniata County, PA – One person was killed and three others were injured when a van crashed along Route 35 in Juniata County early Tuesday morning, forcing authorities to close the roadway for nearly five hours across multiple townships.
