What is Arbitration?
Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution in which a neutral arbitrator reviews evidence from both sides and issues a decision to resolve the dispute. Depending on the agreement, arbitration can be binding or non-binding, which affects whether either party may still request a trial.
