What is Bodily Injury?
Any physical harm inflicted on a person, including bruises, burns, cuts, poisonings, fractures, nerve damage, etc. Bodily injury can result from accidents, negligence, or intentional acts. Intentionally causing bodily harm constitutes a crime (assault, battery, etc.), while accidental or negligent harm can lead to legal action.
