What is a Field Adjuster?

A field adjuster, similar to a claims adjuster, primarily deals with tasks related to accident claims outside the office. This includes conducting face-to-face meetings with claimants, investigating scenes of accidents, inspecting damages, negotiating with involved parties, and assessing the causes and impacts of accidents. Although claims adjusters may also handle some of these tasks, their main role is settling the claims.
