Marion Munley Inducted into Lawdragon Hall of Fame

SCRANTON, PA, January 9, 2026 — Marion Munley of Munley Law has been inducted into the prestigious Lawdragon Hall of Fame, joining an elite group of 103 attorneys nationwide recognized for decades of exceptional legal service and impact.

The Lawdragon Hall of Fame, now in its 11th year, recognizes attorneys who have advocated, advised, argued and analyzed on behalf of their clients for typically at least 40 years, changing laws, lives, countries and commerce. Inductees are selected by tracking their careers year over year, decade by decade, for their sustained impact that goes beyond their own practice.

Marion Munley is recognized as one of the nation’s foremost authorities on trucking litigation. She is currently Vice President of the American Association for Justice. Marion is one of only four board-certified Truck Accident Lawyers in Pennsylvania and was the first woman to chair the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Group, the nation’s leading organization for attorneys in this field. She and her brother Dan Munley were the first recipients of the Robert W. Munley Award, a national recognition renamed in honor of their father, trucking-law pioneer and firm founder Robert W. Munley.

Under Marion’s leadership, Munley Law has secured hundreds of millions in recoveries for victims of catastrophic truck crashes and has helped shape industry standards for trucking litigation nationwide. The firm was recently profiled by Lawdragon as “America’s Authority on Truck Crashes.”

Marion serves as a key leader in the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the Summit Council, and numerous other national legal organizations dedicated to highway safety and trial advocacy.
