Bernie Munley is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s multi-channel marketing campaigns including award-nominated TV commercials and videos. Using cutting-edge technology in an ever-changing digital landscape, Bernie has consistently improved and expanded the ways Munley Law Personal Injury Attorneys communicates their expertise and reaches clients.
Before coming to Munley Law Personal Injury Attorneys, Bernie practiced intellectual property and employment law in Philadelphia for more than 20 years. She was the only female partner at Rawle and Henderson, the oldest law firm in continuous practice in the U.S. As a partner at Ballard Spahr, she led teams in large-scale, complex legal matters, including intellectual property litigation, employment law and government relations. She later became a partner at Eckert Seamans, where she handled cases for Fortune 500 clients, major universities, state and local governments and small to mid-sized businesses.
Bernie holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government; an MBA from the University of Notre Dame; a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law; and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.
