Lackawanna Pro Bono

Lackawanna Pro Bono helps those in need by matching them with lawyers who volunteer their services free of charge. Each year, members of the community who have demonstrated exceptional service and dedication to Lackawanna County are presented with the Robert W. Friends of the Poor was founded by Sister Adrian Barrett, IHM, in 1984. The organization relies entirely on volunteers and donors to ease the burden of poverty for low-income families in our community.

The Schemel Forum

Munley Law Personal Injury Attorneys is a major donor of the Schemel Forum at the University of Scranton. The Schemel Forum is an educational initiative founded in July, 2006, through generous gifts to the Rev. George Schemel, S.J., Fund, created by friends of the late Father Schemel in his loving memory. Its aim is to provide an opportunity for people of all ages to explore the intellectual and cultural wonders of the world.
