LANCASTER COUNTY, PA (August 1, 2025) — Four people were sent to the hospital following a serious truck crash in Lancaster County on July 30.

According to news reports, the truck accident occurred in the 2800 block of Lincoln Highway East/Route 30 in East Lampeter Township at 5:04 p.m. The truck had crossed over in front of a Pennsylvania State Police cruiser. The cruiser could not stop in time and struck the truck, causing it to crash in front of the Lancaster Home and Fabric store. The wall was pushed in from the impact, pinning an employee behind the cash register.

A total of four people, including the State Trooper and the truck driver, were sent to the Lancaster General Hospital. It is unknown as to the extent of their injuries.

State police are investigating the accident.
