Four Munley Law Partners Named to 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America

SCRANTON, PA, January 15, 2026 — Four partners from Munley Law have been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America list: Caroline Munley, Daniel Munley, J. Christopher Munley and Robert Munley III.

Dan Munley is one of the few attorneys in the United States to be triple board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Law, Civil Practice Advocacy, and Truck Accident Law. He previously served as Chair of the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Group. He was named “Lawyer of the Year” for Product Liability Litigation-Plaintiffs by Best Lawyers in 2020.

Caroline Munley serves as Managing Partner and is certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2022 and has been listed among the Best Lawyers in America since 2018. Caroline was also honored as one of the Top 25 Women Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania and Top 25 Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania.

Chris Munley is a board-certified civil trial advocate with multiple multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements to his name. He has been named to Best Lawyers in America since 2012, has been a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2013, and received the AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Chris was recognized as the workers’ compensation Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America in 2016.

Bob Munley has been named to Best Lawyers in America since 2013, has been a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer since 2011, and is a member of the elite Million-Dollar-Advocates Forum. He and his brother Chris established the Munley Trial Advocacy Program at Oklahoma City University School of Law.
