On January 31, the jet carrying a pediatric patient and five others slammed into a Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood near the Roosevelt Mall. At least five structures were ablaze after the crash, along with vehicles.
As of February 3, seven people were pronounced dead, and another 19 were injured. All six people in the jet, including a child, were killed.
