Uber Accidents in Philadelphia

Thousands of rideshare-related accidents occur in our state annually, affecting both passengers and drivers across Pennsylvania. According to Uber’s annual safety report, the number of fatalities related to Uber car accidents have been steadily increasing since 2017 — from 107 in 2017-2018 to 153 in 2021-2022.

Filing an after an Uber accident can be difficult. Not only does Uber have strict guidelines on when its insurance will pay for an injury, but many times the Uber driver does not have the proper insurance coverage to pay for your injuries.

Unfortunately, insurance companies handling rideshare accidents often prioritize their financial interests over fair compensation for victims. Rideshare companies maintain sophisticated legal teams to protect their interests, potentially leaving injured passengers and their families struggling to recover . These circumstances make it important for accident victims to secure qualified legal representation rather than attempting to navigate these complex cases alone.

At Munley Law, we specialize in rideshare accident cases and understand their complexities. Our experienced Philadelphia Uber accident attorneys work diligently to protect our client’s rights when dealing with rideshare companies and their insurers. If you or a loved one has suffered injuries in an Uber accident, contact our Uber or rideshare accident lawyer in Philadelphia for a free consultation to discuss your case.
